Mi experiencia en la comunidad ha sido muy buena. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y el ambiente es tranquilo. Solo faltan pequeños detalles en el mantenimiento de áreas comunes, pero en general es un gran lugar para vivir.

I am very happy in my apartment at Pointe at Carrollwood. They keep it clean, it's a very quiet apartment complex in a good location, and the manager is very friendly and attentive to the tenants.

The pool area became my go-to spot for relaxation during the warmer months, offering a perfect escape without having to leave home. Another convenience was the location. Situated close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, the complex made everyday errands and commuting a breeze. The nearby parks and trails also provided great options for outdoor activities, which I took full advantage of on weekends.

The staff are accomodating, the place os quiet and serene. The units are fully renovated, the neighbors are nice and friendly, very fast transaction, easy mode of payment online and easy access with the application. Everything went smooth and fast from the application and approval. All went well.

Living here in the carrollwood dale mabry area has been a great experience. Nice events that the office has to offer is a plus, i love now that its internet , WiFi and cable bundled into one thats great as well, property remains cleanas well

Everyone in the leasing office is nice as well as maintence crew. The community is very quiet and peaceful. I also enjoy the pool along with the gym area.

It’s a quiet neighborhood. The staff is nice and it’s a good area. I like the updates they are doing around the complex. Have been here a couple years and we've had some nice upgrades to the apartments.

Living here for about 2 years, going on 3 years soon after I resign lease and it’s been a peaceful community to live in. One of the best parts of living here, I would say, is the maintenance team, they are very efficient, friendly, and always provide great service. Thank you!

I will hit my 25th year at this address! That should tell you something!! I am very comfortable here and am always glad to come home! I need to use the fitness room more, but have always been afraid to there alone. I Was told that cameras are now there, so I will have to try again soon

Es un lugar muy tranquilo , con una vegetación espectacular . Siempre las áreas exteriores del condominio están limpias. Un buen trato por parte de las chicas de la oficina. Y los chicos de mantenimiento siempre que los necesito para algún arreglo , pues, vienen enseguida !!
